Shipping And Delivery
How long will it take for my order to get to me?
To the US:
We ship within 2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 7-15 business days to arrive.
To any other country:
We ship within 2 business days of you making your order. Shipping normally takes 2 weeks, but can take up to 5 if there's delays caused by customs.
How do I track my order?
Shortly after your order ships, we will send a shipping confirmation email that will contain your order tracking information. Please be aware that in some cases the tracking information can take up to 48 hours to begin updating.
Help, I think my order is lost/hasn't been delivered?
Firstly, don't worry. We won't let you miss out.
Sometimes things can go wrong and cause delivery to take a bit longer.
If your item hasn't been delivered within 7 business days for US orders or 5 weeks for international orders, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation.
Do you ship internationally?
We definitely do! Just go through the checkout as you normally would.
Are there any import/customs fees?
As many countries have different laws and regulations governing importing goods from overseas, we cannot provide specific information regarding customs fees. It is generally your responsibility to be aware of, and pay, any customs/duty fees incurred as a result of making a purchase from Motorcyclesrush.store
Returns & Exchange
What's your return policy?
We have 7 days of return policy from the date of delivery only if delivered item is damaged or wrong item have been delivered.
How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?
Send us proof of you sending it back (like a shipping receipt) and we can immediately begin the exchange or refund process.
How long does it take for my refund to be processed?
As soon as we process it, your funds leave our account. From there, it normally takes 2-5 business days for your bank to process the incoming refund.
Payment
How secure is your payment?
Your privacy and security is our highest priority. Our website is developed on the Shopify platform - which is used by over 1,000,000 other businesses worldwide. We use Shopify payments/ Paypal payment/ Stripe payment to process your payment, which is highly encrypted and secure.
How do I use a discount code?
Head to the checkout and, on the first page, there will be a box for you to enter your discount code. Simply enter it there and click 'Apply'.
Please note, you can only use one discount per order.
What currency is the store in?
The store should show your local currency. If it doesn't, please scroll to the bottom of the website and change the country to your country.
